Keep your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the terms of service or service card from the service set, or your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the certificate you received by post or email. The most common stains are all covered within All in House*:<\/p><\/div>

For textiles, microleather and covered leather, we clean stains from:<\/strong><\/p>

All drinks, including:<\/b><\/p>

  • Coffee, tea, chocolate milk<\/li>
  • Coke and other sodas<\/li>
  • Wine, beer and liqueur<\/li><\/ul>

      All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:<\/b><\/p>

      • Transpiration<\/li>
      • Skin oils<\/li>

        For covered leather only, we also clean:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Stains from clothing (e.g., jeans)<\/li>
        • Stains from cosmetics (e.g., lipstick, nail polish)<\/li>
        • Ballpoint pen, washable ink, and glue<\/li>
        • Adverse effects caused by medication use<\/li><\/ul>

          *Stain service is excluded for all types of open leather. Construction service and a high-quality service set are included for this type of leather, however. <\/em><\/div>

            Always ensure that someone of at least 18 years old is present and make sure a clean working environment is in order for our service specialist so he can do his job properly at all times. In addition, for their own safety, our service specialists should always wear work shoes inside the house. This way we make sure your furniture stays in peak condition.             • Stains or damage caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly<\/li>\n
            • The service is personal and non-transferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
