Keep your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the terms of service or service card from the service set, or your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the certificate you received by post or email. Stain service<\/h3>

The most common stains are all covered within All in House:<\/p><\/div>

For textiles\/microleather, covered leather and open leather, we clean stains from:<\/strong><\/p>

All drinks, including:<\/b><\/p>

  • Coffee, tea, chocolate milk<\/li>
  • Coke and other sodas<\/li>
  • Wine, beer and liqueur<\/li><\/ul>

    All foods, including:<\/b><\/p>

    • Spaghetti, soup<\/li>
    • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam<\/li>
    • Ketchup, mayonaise, curry<\/li><\/ul>


      For textiles\/microleather and covered leather (not for open leather), we also clean:<\/strong><\/p>

      All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:<\/b><\/p>

      • Transpiration<\/li>
      • Skin oils<\/li>
      • Blood<\/li>
      • Urine<\/li>
      • Vomit<\/li>
      • Feces<\/li><\/ul>


        For covered leather only, we also clean:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Stains from clothing (e.g., jeans)<\/li>
        • Stains from cosmetics (e.g., lipstick, nail polish)<\/li>
        • Ballpoint pen, washable ink, and glue<\/li>
        • Adverse effects caused by medication use<\/li><\/ul>

            • Improper use or abuse of the furniture<\/li>
            • Characteristics that are part of furniture use, such as normal wear and tear, wear marks and discoloration<\/li>
            • Stains or damage caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly<\/li>
            • The service is personal and non-transferable<\/li><\/ul>

              Please note:<\/strong> All in House is not a cleaning subscription, it is a stain and construction service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered within the service. \u00a0<\/i><\/p>
