Your Official Proof of Service
Keep the original proof of purchase for your new furniture together with the E-Service tickets from the envelope(s) you received, or the original proof of purchase for your new furniture with the registered certificate that you received by post or email. One of these combinations serves as your official E-Service proof.
What’s Covered?
Electronics service
We offer the solution for the following electronic problems:
- Fixing operating mechanisms
- Fixing or replacing motors
- Fixing or replacing transformers
- Fixing or replacing batteries
- Fixing or replacing other electrical parts
Always ensure that someone of at least 18 years old is present and make sure a clean working environment is in order for our service specialist so he can do his job properly at all times. In addition, for their own safety, our service specialists should always wear work shoes inside the house. This way we make sure your furniture stays in peak condition. Together.
What is excluded from the service?
- Improper use or abuse of the furniture
- Damage to electronic components caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly
- The service is personal and non-transferable
