A stain is always annoying. It is therefore important that you go through the following steps quickly:

• Always try to clean the stain immediately after occurrence with our provided cleaner. For use, you can follow the instructions on the packaging or watch the instruction videos.
• Still can’t remove the stain? hen report this to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. This ensures the highest likelihood of successful cleaning.

Our service programmes and fabric impregnation are ideal tools for easier stain removal. However, it is not a cleaning subscription. Normal soiling always occurs after a certain amount of time. Cleaning this is not included in the service.
