A stain is always annoying. It is therefore important that you go through the following steps quickly:  

  • Always try to clean the stain immediately after occurrence with our provided cleaner. To use this, follow the instructions for use on the packaging. Do you not have this cleaner (anymore)? In that case, contact us. 
  • Still can’t remove the stain? If so, report them to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. This ensures the highest likelihood of successful cleaning.  

Our service programmes and fabric impregnation are ideal tools for easier stain removal. However, it is not a cleaning subscription. Normal soiling always occurs after a certain amount of time. Cleaning this is not included in the service. 

Do you have a service programme from us that includes construction service? Then you can quickly and easily submit a service request via our Digital Service Centre.
