Official proof of service

Keep your original proof of purchase of the new furniture in combination with the terms of service or service card from the service set (Or the certificate you received by post or email). One of these combinations is considered your official proof of service.

What is covered within the service?

Stain service

For textiles/microleather, covered and open leather, we clean the following stains from:

All drinks, such as:

  • Coffee, tea and chocolate milk
  • Smoothies and fruit juice
  • Coke and other sodas
  • Wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks

All foods, such as for:

  • Spaghetti sauce, pizza and soup
  • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
  • Gravy, ketchup, mayonaise

For textiles/microleather and covered leather (not for open leather) we also clean:

Bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:

  • Transpiration
  • Skin grease
  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Vomit

Only with covered leather we also clean/repair:

  • Stains caused by clothing such as from jeans
  • Stains from cosmetics such as lipstick and nail polish
  • Stains from ballpoint, washable ink and glue
  • Adverse effects from the use of medication
  • Craquelé effect
  • Bite marks from pets (once)
  • Small burn marks and burnholes
* To increase the chances of a successful stain removal, it is important that we can provide you with quick service. We would therefore kindly ask you to always report your stain within 3 days of its occurrence.


Construction service

We offer the solution for the following usage issues:

  • Removing of textile pilling 
  • Stretching the upholstery if excessively wrinkled or creased
  • Reinforcing and/or filling fixed seats if sagged excessively
  • Reinforcing and/or filling of unattached (loose) cushions if sagged excessively
  • Tightening of girth straps
  • Replacing or fixing nosag springs or inner springs
  • Securing loose spring clups
  • Fixing loose stitching
  • Fixing of squeaks and creaks
  • Securing loose connections
  • Securing loose knots
  • Fixing or replacing broken framework
  • Fixing or replacing electrical parts such as motors, transformers, batteries, etc.
  • Fixing operating mechanisms
Always ensure that someone of at least 18 years old is present and make sure a clean working environment is in order for our service specialist so he can do his job properly at all times. In addition, for their own safety, our service specialists should always wear their work shoes in the house. This way we make sure your furniture stays in peak condition. Together. Thank you.


The following aspects are excluded from service:

  • Furniture that has been used improperly, such as in cases of fault, intent and/or violence.
  • Product- and material-related characteristics such as normal wear and tear, regular signs of use and discoloration.

In cases not included within the terms of service, we will always collaborate with you to find the most suitable solution if possible. In such cases, we charge only 50% of our normal consumer rates. If you are interested, please contact our Customer Care team.
