Please note: These terms of service only apply in the Netherlands
 
Your Official Proof of Service

Keep your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the terms of service or service card from the service set, or your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the certificate you received by post or email. One of these combinations counts as your official proof of service.

What's Covered?

Stain service

The most common stains are all covered within All in House:

For textiles/microleather, covered leather and open leather, we clean stains from:

All drinks, including:

  • Coffee, tea, chocolate milk
  • Coke and other sodas
  • Wine, beer and liqueur
 

All foods, including:

  • Spaghetti, soup
  • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
  • Ketchup, mayonaise, curry


For textiles/microleather and covered leather (not for open leather), we also clean:

All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:

  • Transpiration
  • Skin oils
  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Vomit
  • Feces


For covered leather only, we also clean:

  • Stains from clothing (e.g., jeans)
  • Stains from cosmetics (e.g., lipstick, nail polish)
  • Ballpoint pen, washable ink, and glue
  • Adverse effects caused by medication use
 
 
A stain? And do you have one of our cleaning products? Then use this first to remove the stain yourself. Didn’t work? Then report your stain within 3 days via allinhouse.nl. This ensures the best chance of a successful cleaning. Our Customer Care team is here to help.

Construction service

We offer the solution for the following problems:

  • Removal of textile pilling
  • Stretching upholstery if excessively wrinkled or creased
  • Reinforcing and/or filling fixed cushions if sagged excessively
  • Reinforcing and/or filling of unattached (loose) cushions if sagged excessively
  • Tightening girth straps
  • Replacing or repairing nosag springs or inner springs
  • Securing loose spring clips
  • Repairing loose stitching
  • Eliminating squeaks and creaks
  • Securing loose connections
  • Securing loose buttons
  • Repair or replacement of broken framework
  • Restoring and/or replacing of electrical parts like motors, transformers or batteries
  • Fixing operating mechanisms
  • Craquelé effect (covered leather only)
  • One-time repair of pet bite marks (covered leather only)
  • Minor burn marks or holes (covered leather only)

Ensure that someone aged 18 or older is present during the service visit. Make sure the work area is clean and safe for the specialist to work properly. For safety reasons, our specialists must wear work shoes indoors. Together, we’ll keep your furniture in peak condition. Thank you for your cooperation.

What is excluded from the service?

  • Improper use or abuse of the furniture
  • Characteristics that are part of furniture use, such as normal wear and tear, wear marks and discoloration
  • Stains or damage caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly
  • The service is personal and non-transferable
 

Please note: All in House is not a cleaning subscription, it is a stain and construction service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered within the service.
