Terms of service

Official proof of service

Keep your original proof of purchase for the new furniture together with the Service Card from the Service Set, (or the certificate you received by post or email). One of these combinations counts as official proof of service.

What is covered by the service?

Stain service

For textiles and covered/finished leather, we clean:

Beverages, such as:

  • Coffee, tea, chocolate milk
  • Coke and fruit juice
  • Wine, beer and liquor

Foods, such as:

  • Spaghetti, soup
  • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
  • Ketchup, mayonaise, curry

For textiles and covered leather, we also clean:

Natural stains from humans and pets, such as:

  • Perspiration
  • Skin grease
  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Vomit
  • Excrement

Only with covered leather we also clean/repair:

  • Stains caused by clothing such as from jeans
  • Stains from cosmetics such as lipstick and nail polish
  • Stains from biros, washable ink and glue
  • Adverse effects from the use of medication
  • Crackling effect
  • Bite marks from pets (one time)
  • (Burn) marks and burn holes

Framework service

We solve the following common problems caused by usage:

  • Removing of excessive pilling on textile
  • Restoring of upholstery due to excessive puckering or creasing
  • Strengthening and/or filling of fixed seats if they are excessively soft
  • Repairing and/or replacement of webbing.
  • Restoring or replacing of nosag springs or interiorsprings.
  • Repairing loose seams
  • Strengthening and/or filling of unattached (loose) cushions if they are excessively soft
  • Solving of squeaking and creaking noises
  • Restoring loose connections
  • Securing loose knots
  • Repair or replace broken framework
  • Securing and/or replacing of loose spring clips
  • Restoring and/or replacing of electrical parts like motors, transformers or batteries


The following aspects are excluded from service:

  • Furniture that has been used improperly, such as in cases of intent and/or violence
  • Product-specific characteristics such as normal wear and tear and signs of use

In such cases, you can ask our furniture service specialists for help as an All in House service customer with a 50% discount on the normally applicable consumer price. Please contact our Customer Care team for this.
